Documents such as tenancy agreements, Energy Performance Certificates, and gas safety certificates are stored in a centralised vault with expiry reminders. Built-in tenant messaging keeps communication out of personal inboxes. The portfolio dashboard gives a live view of occupancy, open issues, and upcoming document renewals.
